Association Online Forms & Quick Links

  • Mirror Lake Property Owners Association, Inc. has partnered with HomeWiseDocs to provide a streamlined process for all closing statements, lender questionnaires, and estoppel requests.

    For Title Companies, Lenders, and Realtors:
    All requests for resale disclosures, estoppels, questionnaires, and related documentation must be submitted through the HomeWiseDocs online platform. This ensures accuracy, secure payment processing, and timely delivery of official Association documents.

     

    To Submit a Request:

    1. Visit www.homewisedocs.com

    2. Search for Mirror Lake Property Owners Association, Inc.

    3. Select the desired document type (Resale Disclosure, Lender Questionnaire, Estoppel, etc.)

    4. Follow the prompts to complete payment and submit your order

     

    Processing Time:
    Standard processing times and rush delivery options are available directly through HomeWiseDocs. Please refer to their site for current fees and estimated completion times.

     

    Important:
    The Association cannot accept estoppel or lender requests directly by email or mail. All document requests must be processed exclusively through HomeWiseDocs.  Should you encounter an issue you can email HomeWiseDocs or hoageneral@mirrorlakeseffner.com

  • Mirror Lake Property Owners Association, Inc. encourages all members in good standing to take an active role in our community’s leadership and development. Serving on the Board of Directors or a Committee (such as Architectural Review, Covenant Enforcement, or Community Engagement) is a meaningful way to contribute to the ongoing success and well-being of Mirror Lake.

    If you are interested in volunteering or running for a position, please complete and submit the Board & Committee Application (Notice of Intent) form.

     

    To Access the Application:

    1. Log in to your PayHOA account.

    2. Navigate to:
      Documents → Forms & Templates → Board & Committee Application (Notice of Intent)

    3. Download the PDF document and follow the instructions provided.

     

    Submission Instructions:
    Completed applications may be submitted directly through the PayHOA portal or emailed to the Association’s management email listed on the form.

     

    Important:
    All applicants must be members in good standing with no outstanding balance owed to the Association at the time of submission.

    Your participation strengthens our community. Whether you bring leadership experience, project skills, or simply a desire to make a difference — your involvement matters!

  • Mirror Lake Property Owners Association, Inc. utilizes the PayHOA Resident Portal to efficiently manage all community-related requests. This includes general inquiries, architectural or alteration requests (ARC), and escalation matters that require Board review.

    Submitting your request through PayHOA ensures that it is properly documented, tracked, and routed to the correct committee or management contact for timely response.

    To Submit a Request:

    1. Log in to your PayHOA Account

    2. Navigate to Requests

    3. Select the appropriate request type or form

    4. Complete the required fields and submit your request

     

    Examples of Request Types:

    • Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Request

    • General Request or Question

    • Rental Property - Tenant Updates

     

    Note:
    Please ensure all required documentation (photos, plans, or supporting files) are uploaded before submission. Requests submitted outside the portal or by email may not be accepted.

    Your cooperation helps the Association maintain clear communication, efficient processing, and transparency across all requests.

  • Mirror Lake Property Owners Association uses the PayHOA online portal to manage community communications, payments, requests, and documents.
    All homeowners should create or log into their portal account to stay informed and manage their property information.

     

    Accessing the Portal

    1. Visit the official HOA portal link:

    2. Enter the email address associated with your HOA account.

    3. If you are logging in for the first time, select “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to create your password and verify your account. A Board member will be notified within 24 hours to review and approve the request.

    4. Once logged in, you will have access to:

      • Account Balance & Payments – View your ledger, make one-time or recurring payments, and see payment history.

      • Requests – Submit general questions, ARC (alteration) requests, or escalate concerns to the Board.

      • Documents – Access governing documents, forms, templates, and meeting notices.

      • Messages & Announcements – Stay updated on community news and Board communications.

    Need Help Logging In?

    If you are unable to access your account or receive a “no account found” message, please contact the Association for assistance.
    Include your name, property address, and preferred email so your account can be linked correctly.

    • Each property address can have one primary account holder and additional household members if approved.

    • For security, do not share your login or password.

    • Requests and payments must be made directly through the PayHOA portal to ensure proper tracking.

    For the fastest and most organized response, we encourage members to use the PayHOA Resident Portal to submit all requests, inquiries, and concerns.

    This ensures your request is automatically tracked, routed, and documented for follow-up by the appropriate committee or board member.

    Response Time

    The Association strives to respond to all inquiries within 3–5 business days.
    More complex matters may be forwarded to the appropriate committee or reviewed at the next scheduled board meeting.
