The Board of Directors is providing this notice to inform members of policy updates that were discussed and approved during the Board Meeting held on April 17, 2025.


What you need to know

During the April 17, 2025, Board of Directors Meeting, the following Association policies were reviewed and formally approved:

Please Note: Certain provisions of the Fining & Enforcement Policy, specifically those related to the imposition of fines, will not take effect until a Covenant Enforcement Committee (CEC) has been officially formed. As required by Florida Statute 720.305(2), this committee must consist of at least three members who are not Board members, Officers, or persons residing in a Board member's household.


We encourage all members to review the updated policies, which are available on our community website and maintained on file with our property manager for your convenience.

All official Association business must be conducted during a duly noticed meeting with notice provided to the membership at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise required by statute.
