Why are we sending this communication?
The Board of Directors is sharing an announcement regarding the status of the suit filed against KB Home and updated Rizzetta contact information for our property management main point of contact.
What you need to know
Earlier this year, community members voted to continue with the next phase of litigation against the builder KB Home regarding community defects. The Board of Directors was notified that KB Homes will be making repairs to various areas of the community pending a walkthrough with the County, our engineers, and various other agencies, along with our Board of Directors.
The full scope of work is still being finalized. When the Board of Directors receives the finalized listing, we will share that information with our members. The board has also requested advance notice of any work to be performed so that we can properly notify our members of any disruption.
Updated Rizzetta point of contact
The Board of Directors received a notification from Rizzetta that Robins Noel will no longer going to be our primary point of contact. We were not provided a reason for the change.
